About
A small practice for fintech control work
Server Automation Pro grew from years spent inside payment operations and compliance reviews across Taiwan. We kept the name as the firm matured; the work stayed grounded in audits for fintech — papers, people, and process — not product pitches.
Why we exist
Fintech teams in Taiwan often face inspections, investor diligence, and licensing variations with binders that do not match the floor. We started the practice to give compliance leads an independent reader who has sat through reconciliation cut-offs and CDD queues — and who writes findings that operations can own.
We are based at 7451 Boyer Corner in 臺南縣, with regular travel to Taipei when walkthroughs need to happen beside the teams clearing exceptions.

Working approach
We prefer fewer concurrent clients so fieldwork stays attentive. Engagements are time-boxed. Draft findings always go to your compliance lead for factual correction before a wider audience sees them.
