Refunds & cancellations

These terms apply to paid professional engagements with Server Automation Pro for audits for fintech and related assessments. Website form submissions are free and do not involve payment. There is no product catalogue, physical goods shipping, or software subscription on this site.

Eligibility

Refunds relate only to fees paid under a signed engagement letter. Informal estimates create no payment obligation.

Deposits

Engagements typically require a deposit (often 30–40% of the quoted fee) to reserve calendar time. The engagement letter states the deposit amount and due date.

Cancellation by you

• More than 14 days before the agreed kick-off: deposit refunded minus an administrative fee of NT$8,000 and any non-refundable travel already booked with your written approval.
• 7–14 days before kick-off: 50% of the deposit may be retained for reserved staffing.
• Fewer than 7 days before kick-off, or after kick-off: deposit is non-refundable; work completed to date is invoiced at the agreed day rates or milestone values.

Rescheduling

One reschedule with at least 10 days’ notice is usually accommodated without penalty if our calendar allows. Further moves or short-notice changes may incur a rescheduling fee disclosed in writing before confirmation.

No-shows

If scheduled walkthroughs or closing briefings are missed without 24 hours’ notice, that session may be billed as delivered and a replacement slot re-quoted.

Work already started

Once evidence review or fieldwork begins, fees for completed phases are due. Unused later phases may be cancelled with a partial refund of prepaid amounts attributable to those phases, less costs already incurred.

Non-refundable items

• Third-party travel or venue costs purchased with your approval
• Rush premiums once staffing has been locked for a compressed timeline
• Completed deliverables already issued (draft or final memos)

Refund process & timing

Email hello@serverautomationpro.digital with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval, unless a different method is agreed in writing.

Our cancellations

If we must cancel for reasons within our control (for example illness without available cover), prepaid unused fees are refunded in full. We will also help identify a sensible restart date if you prefer to postpone rather than cancel.
