These terms govern your use of the website at serverautomationpro.digital and any enquiry you submit to Server Automation Pro (“we”, “us”) regarding audits for fintech and related professional services. By using this site you accept these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Submitting a contact or newsletter form constitutes a request for information, not a binding engagement. A separate engagement letter is required before paid fieldwork begins.

Services described

Descriptions of audits, fees, and processes on this site are informational. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance by checkout, and they do not create an auditor–client relationship until both parties sign an engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and graphics we create, belongs to Server Automation Pro or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Client deliverables under a signed engagement are governed by that letter, not by these website terms.

Accuracy

We aim to keep information current but do not warrant that every page is complete or error-free. Regulatory expectations for fintech in Taiwan change; always confirm obligations with qualified counsel where legal advice is required. We do not provide legal opinions through this website.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general informational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Liability for contracted audit work is defined in the applicable engagement letter.

Third-party links and images

External image hosts or linked resources are outside our control. Their availability or content does not form part of our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
