Data controller

Data we collect

• Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, message content, engagement interest, preferred timeline).
• Newsletter email addresses if you join the briefing list.
• Technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, if analytics cookies are accepted.
• Cookie preference stored locally in your browser under a brand-prefixed key.

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to your request and, where relevant, prepare an engagement proposal (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract). Newsletter addresses are processed with your consent, which you may withdraw. Essential cookies support site operation. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them.

Retention

Contact form records are kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a signed engagement requires longer retention under professional standards. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the analytics provider’s configured period (see Cookies page).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use email and hosting processors who act on our instructions. If an engagement proceeds, data handling for client files is governed by the engagement letter and applicable professional confidentiality rules.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and our contractual commitments. Image assets loaded from public CDNs may involve cross-border requests initiated by your browser.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@serverautomationpro.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

Children

This site is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
